My Golf Draft is a fantasy-league organization, scoring, and information platform. It does not accept or place bets, establish betting odds, sell wagering opportunities, or operate sports betting, casino gaming, lotteries, or games of chance.

My Golf Draft does not collect entry fees or buy-ins; receive, hold, pool, transfer, settle, distribute, or guarantee money or prizes; process payments between league members; collect a percentage of any prize pool; or pursue unpaid amounts. It is not a bank, money transmitter, payment processor, escrow agent, bookmaker, or gambling operator.

Financial figures are informational only

Commissioners may configure buy-ins, payout structures, winnings, and balances so members can understand their league’s rules and results. Those figures are recordkeeping and informational tools only. They are not accounts, deposits, payment instructions, promises of payment, or funds held by My Golf Draft.

If users independently choose to exchange money, that arrangement is made and managed directly between them outside the platform. My Golf Draft is not a party to it, does not sponsor or administer it, and has no responsibility for collection, payment, disputes, taxes, losses, or enforcement.

United States

Federal law contains a limited exclusion for certain qualifying fantasy or simulation sports contests, but that exclusion has specific requirements and does not replace or override state law. State and local treatment of paid fantasy contests and private pools varies, and some jurisdictions may prohibit, license, restrict, or impose age and location requirements on an activity.

Users must not assume that a private, social, or skill-based league is lawful in every state. Each commissioner and participant is responsible for checking the law that applies where they are located and where any independent financial arrangement occurs.

Canada

Canadian gaming and betting matters are governed by the federal Criminal Code and applicable provincial or territorial laws and regulatory frameworks. Whether a fantasy contest, pool, or related arrangement is permissible can depend on its structure, the role of chance and skill, consideration, prizes, how it is conducted, and the jurisdictions involved.

My Golf Draft does not represent that a league or independent financial arrangement is permitted throughout Canada. Each commissioner and participant is responsible for compliance in their province or territory and should seek qualified advice when uncertain.

Your responsibilities

Use My Golf Draft only where and in a manner that is lawful. You are responsible for complying with applicable federal, state, provincial, territorial, local, tax, workplace, and organization requirements; confirming any minimum-age and location restrictions; making league rules clear; and resolving disputes between league members.

Do not use My Golf Draft to organize or promote an unlawful wager, betting pool, lottery, or gambling activity. Do not ask My Golf Draft or its operators to receive, safeguard, transfer, settle, or enforce league money. Where legality is uncertain, use a free-to-play league unless and until qualified local counsel confirms otherwise.
