Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter into these terms and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for activity performed through your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

The service

My Golf Draft provides tools for commissioners and managers to organize fantasy golf leagues, including invitations, season configuration, drafts, rosters, weekly lineups, transactions, results, standings, and financial tracking. Features may evolve, and availability may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, security, provider outages, or circumstances outside our control.

No wagering or payment service

My Golf Draft is a fantasy-league organization and information service, not a sportsbook, betting website, casino, gambling operator, money transmitter, bank, escrow agent, or payment processor. We do not accept or place bets; establish odds; collect entry fees or buy-ins; receive, hold, pool, transfer, settle, distribute, or guarantee funds or prizes; take a percentage of league funds; or enforce payment between users.

Any buy-in, prize, winnings, balance, or amount shown in the service is an informational record entered or configured by league users. Any private financial arrangement occurs independently and directly between those users, outside My Golf Draft. The service does not endorse, arrange, administer, or facilitate that arrangement.

League administration and legal responsibility

Commissioners control rules and certain administrative actions within their leagues. Members are responsible for reviewing those rules and resolving league-specific disputes. Commissioners and members—not My Golf Draft—are solely responsible for determining whether their league and any separate financial arrangement are permitted where each participant is located and for complying with applicable federal, state, provincial, territorial, local, tax, workplace, and organization rules.

Fantasy-sports, contest, gaming, and betting laws differ across the United States and Canada and may change. A fantasy contest or private pool is not necessarily lawful merely because it is skill-based, private, social, or does not use My Golf Draft to move money. Do not use the service for a prohibited gambling or wagering activity. If legality is uncertain, keep the league free to play and obtain advice from a qualified lawyer in the relevant jurisdiction.

Fair use and prohibited conduct

You may not access another user’s account without authorization; manipulate drafts, scoring, results, or transactions dishonestly; probe or bypass security controls; introduce malicious code; scrape or overload the service; misuse invitations or notifications; impersonate another person; infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights; or use the service unlawfully. Commissioners may correct legitimate league errors but must not misuse administrative access.

Golf data and scoring

Tournament schedules, fields, rankings, tee times, scores, points, earnings, and other golf information may come from third-party providers and can be delayed, incomplete, corrected, or unavailable. Commissioners may apply league-specific corrections. You should consult official sources when timing or eligibility is important. We do not guarantee that provider data or calculated results will always be error-free.

Your content and service rights

You retain rights in content you submit, such as league and team names. You grant us the limited permission needed to host, process, display, and transmit that content to operate the service. My Golf Draft’s software, branding, design, and original materials remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address security risks, unlawful activity, material violations of these terms, or harm to the service or other users. Contact support@mygolfdraft.com for account-deletion assistance.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties and are not responsible for informal league payments, commissioner decisions, third-party services, provider-data errors, or indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
